Agreement Between User and Sapphire

Welcome to Sapphire. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our sales training program and the Skool community subscription services. By enrolling in our training program or subscribing to our community on Skool, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Overview

Sapphire offers a comprehensive sales training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in sales. The program includes access to online courses, live webinars, coaching sessions, and various learning materials.

Our Skool community subscription provides members with access to an online community hosted on the Skool platform. Here, members can interact with peers, participate in discussions, access additional resources, and engage in ongoing learning and development activities related to sales.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Sapphire sales training program or subscribe to our Skool community, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Enrollment and Subscription

Enrollment in the Sapphire sales training program is conducted through our website. By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the training program. Details of the training program, including pricing and content, are available on our website.

Subscription to the Sapphire Skool community is managed through the Skool platform. To join the community, you must create an account on Skool and subscribe directly through their website. The terms, conditions, and payment processes of Skool apply to this subscription.

Payment

All payments for the sales training program are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms. Payments can be made via credit card or other payment methods accepted on our website.

Payments for the Skool community subscription are handled through the Skool platform. All billing and payment issues related to your Skool subscription should be directed to Skool's customer support.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your enrollment in the sales training program before it begins for a full refund. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued. To cancel your enrollment, please contact us through the contact information provided below.

You may cancel your subscription to the Skool community at any time through the Skool platform. Skool’s policies regarding cancellations and refunds apply.

Sapphire reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the sales training program or Skool community if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community or other members. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sapphire, including but not limited to materials, videos, and articles, is the intellectual property of Sapphire or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without the express written consent of Sapphire.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sapphire provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. In no event shall Sapphire's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
